We didn't pay for it, and you don't have too. This is just because we hate spam, and if you're going to spam too, well, fu** you. We really do hope you die slow and painfuly :)
The quality isn't that things... We found a lot of invalid e-mails (like aaa@aaa.com) and, in our counts, there were 3.991.545 e-mails - which is not "more than" 4 millions.
